Enneagram WORKSHOPS
The Enneagram is a personality system that describes 9 distinct personality types. While each of us has characteristics of several of these 9 types, we each have just one core type. Our core type is formed early in our childhood and does not change throughout our lifetime.
Understanding our own Enneagram type allows us to see and understand patterns of thinking and behaving that are so automatic that we aren’t consciously aware of them. While most of the time, these patterns work well for us there are also ways in which they hinder our effectiveness and personal growth. Greater self-awareness is an essential first step in transformation and growth, and in our experience the Enneagram is the most powerful and accurate tool for greater self- awareness. Once we see and accept these patterns, we are able to make more conscious choices about our actions.
Enneagram insights can also shed light on what may be preventing you from living harmoniously, accessing self-understanding and compassion, and being who you truly want to be.

In this session teams will gain an introduction to the Enneagram system that creates a common language around personality. It also offers a new and expanded lens to pursue employee development by leveraging the inherent strengths and limitations of each team member and the team overall. The session can be offered to groups up to 100 either virtually or through a customized recording, making it accessible to global organizations.
This offering includes a self guided worksheet containing self-reflection questions and additional resources to make the most of the new insights.
Session Objectives
An orientation to how the Enneagram personality system is designed including its history and origins.
An overview of the 9 Types, three centers of intelligence and the concept of wings, integration and stress points.
Knowledge of how to use the system long-term for personal and team growth.

This session is designed to enhance teamwork and relationships through a deeper dive into the Enneagram system. Team members develop a greater understanding of their own personality in the context of the team profile, with a focus on improving communication, collaboration and problem solving.
This session is also devoted to the primary goal of the Enneagram; to provide a broader perspective on our lives and to use these insights as a basis for personal growth and transformation. It is highly interactive and can be supported for groups up to 25 in-person or virtually.

Team Development through the Enneagram is a series of sessions designed to build specific skills and deepen contributions individually and collectively. teams kick-off with the session on Team Skill Building through the Enneagram and select more a set of more specific topics from the list below to tailor their experience and organizational needs.
Each offering can be hosted in-person or virtually (or a mixture of both) and can be designed as a 2 or 4 hour experience depending on the time allotted for active skill building and application.
